Chocolate products are sensitive to heat damage during shipment in warm to hot weather. Especially, considering the recent delays by all shipping carriers.
We recommend ordering a frozen cold pack kit for dark chocolate bars during warm weather months depending on your specific geographic location. The kit includes a certain number of frozen ice packs based on order size plus an upgrade in shipping from standard shipping to UPS or USPS 2 to 3 days depending on location and available shipping options.

Depending on your order size and our available frozen cold pack inventory, we pack our shipments most efficiently. Frozen cold pack sizes range from 3.5” x 6” to 6” x 8”. The photo includes a sample cold pack, but brands and sizes may vary depending upon availability.
